**** service from Discovery Medical Aid
The **** service we getting from Discovery Medical Aid claims department is out of this world.
We treated a Patient in ICU and authorisation was granted by Discovery, we sent claims via email they were short paid.
We called them and re-send the claims via email on the 3rd of October 2023 we were told it will take 2-3 working days.
We called to do a follow up today the 10th of October 2023, claims still not processed!!!!
