Service Excellence - Aluta Kaluti! (Call centre agent - Discovery medical aid)

Dear review recipient

I just want to compliment Aluta Kulati for the best customer service that I received on Monday the 18th May 2020. I was in distress because a lot of Doctors and service providers were calling, emailing and smsing me about the outstanding payments due to either myself and my daughter incurred while in hospital in 2019. It was getting way too much as a result i dint know what the medical aid paid for what, what was outstanding and the reasons why some of the balances were not paid at all. it was really overwhelming and then I decided to call Discovery health claims department to finally face this gigantic problem that I had! Aluta Kaluti was on the other side of the call. He was calm, patient, assured me that we will address all my queries. I could fee a very big load getting off my shoulders as we were addressing my issues one by one. He is definitely one of your best and a definite keeper! I will all the call center agents could be like him. I hope that this compliment reaches him so that he can keep up the good work. At the end of my call i was clear and realised that the problem was not as big as i thought and he provided me with options to consider for some of the outstanding bills!!!!
