Service Damien, what service??

I wish, I had the option to give a 0 here.

This funds simply doesn't care about client service.

I had a scheduled call with one of their consultants - Damien Govender for this morning at 10:00, concerning disabled benefits on my aid, the call never came.

I have however, received an email from him, saying that he have tried, but cannot reach me.

All the while, I have been sitting here like a fool, waiting for his call.

Off course, the call centre will not provide his email address, the so called WhatsApp "service", is even worse.

Yet gladly, they deduct R7000.00 from my account, before any of my other debit orders go through.
