Serious Concerns Regarding Discovery Health’s Communication

I have serious concerns about Discovery Health's transition to AI-operated communication. As a healthcare provider, this approach undermines the trust and human interaction that are vital in our relationship. AI lacks the ability to adequately address my questions or convey genuine empathy. Furthermore, the new website is not user-friendly, which compounds my frustration.
