Sent to ITC because of incompitence

I was called last year when I cancelled my scheme and told as I had over spent on savings I owed a small fee about 80, I told them to please debit on a certain date but it was never debited and I was then contacted again and I asked once more to debit my account as I was opening a business and needed the situation to happen whilst I carried on, couple days ago I get an sms telling me I have been handed over when the debits did not go off, this si ill advice and malpractice on their part, I now have a tarnished credit record and I am apparently liable for the fees paid to ITC, If this is not resolved ASAP I will ensure the whole social media spectrum knows about this and I will do my best to get this on the news as well. I already have issues with ITC and the last thing I need during rehabilitation of my current situation, I have paid the amount now the 896 and still I am told there are further charges, this is lack in service, I was **** to on the phone and you guys record your calls so please go listen and you will see that I am liable to take you to court for listing me unfairly and on no grounds as it was a lack in service and now I am the victim.
