Sent away because I’m covered by Discovery

In less than one month of being covered with Discovery, I’m deeply disappointed!

I went to see a GP that’s on the day-to-day Extender Benefit network because I do not have sufficient funds on my MSA balance to cover for consultation fees and they would not see me because based on what they told me, Discovery has not been paying them since October this year....I also wouldn’t want to service people covered by a medical aid that does not pay in due time.... So disappointing!
