Sending me in circles

<p>I gave birth at Cape Gate Hospital in November 2016. When the bills started coming I realised my hospital bill was not paid and my paediatrician bill for my last day. After numerous phone calls to discovery and the hospital claim manager this was resolved. But now im struggling with the paedidrition claim. They also refusing to pay it out of savings which i requested because i'm so fed up and said this is a hospital expense. They are saying ecause i didnt get authorisation for the day yet that was the day i was discharged from hospital and it was a follow up visit. i have spoken to the doctor and the case manager and discovery today and eveyone gets tols something else so I not sure what to do next. I just want this resolved asap as i am so tired already of fighting . if you dont want to pay it out of the hospital benefit use the savings which i've given you permision to do. whats your story</p>
