Self Payment Gap mess-up

<p>Hi,</p> <p>Discovery health has recently increased my Self Payment Gap because of extra therapy that my daughter need to get. I have sent these costs through the normal claims process and proceeded to pay the bill out of pocket, yet Discovery is not decreasing my SPG with this amount - the outcome is that these therapy services are now costing me double what it is supposed to. I keep on querying this but received the same SPG report without much explanation. I would have been better off not to mention this therapy to Discovery and pay out of pocket and then this wouldn't have cost me double the amount.</p>
