Self payment gap dangers!!

<p>Your accounting practice of allocating medical expenses is incredibly unfair to your customers! firstly the MSA amount should be for the client to spend on the medical expenses they deem fit. Yet if i use any of these funds for over the counter medicines or non-generic medicines you then penalise me by allocating a portion of that to my self-payment gap. I cant say I read that anywhere and maybe i should have, but that is double debting in anyones eyes!</p> <p>I go to the doctor this weekend, he prescribes me medicine and i put it through my Medical savings and now it has increased my self payment gap. Do you expect your customers to first check exactly what has been prescribed before accepting any medicine.</p> <p>I have only had good experiences with Discovery, but this form of "double debting" is underhanded. </p> <p> </p>
