Self-pay gap keeps growing with no reason

Last year my self-pay gap jumped from R2800 to almost R12000i I complained and was told it might be a system error <br> So this year I was keeping a close eye on it 1/Jan/15 SPG was R2850 4/Jan/15 SPG was R4800 <br> Complaint again and I was told there was a system error again the system adjusted it self <br> Looking closer I saw my schedule 3/4/5/6 meds is also going on my SPG<br> As per customer care only schedule 1 and 2 will add on your self-pay gap <br>
