Second time logging the same query because discovery lies

So this is my second complaint, you closed my first on the pretenses you called me, well you didn't, further I'm not getting any assistance from any one regarding my issue just being passed from pillar to post. I am giving you up till Monday 15:00 to respond to my initial query with an amicable resolution, and a copy of the recording where you communicated with me, on Friday. Failing which at 15:01 I will log a complaint with the medical aid ombudsman. This has gone far enough.
