Second complaint regarding my insulin coverage

I so disappointed with this medical aid. It is so stupid and useless. I still have the same problem. As I was complain about the covering of my insulin and I was advised that one of my insulin was approved and I went to collect the meds at Clicks and this stupid aid did not approve the Levemir insulin and I was like an idiot because I got nothing again. This medical is *************. They say one thing and do another. They said their will pay 80% on the Novomix insulin and nothing happened then they said that Levemir was going to be paid because it was on their chronic list but still another disappointment again. I hurt this stupid medical aid. Can someone give me the ombud for medical aid. I want to log a complaint about this matter. I'm so tired. All they want is my money and they don't care about my health. I had enough of this company. It makes me sick to core. So useless
