WHICH CLEARLY MAKES ME REALIZE THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO DIE WHILE I WAS IN HOSPITAL OR MAYBE I WAS SUPPOSED TO GO TO PUBLIC HOSPITAL OR I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE VERY RICH AND WEALTHY TO PAY THE PRIVATE HOSPITAL ALL BY MYSELF I'M WORRIED WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN TO MY LITTLE INNOCENT SON WHEN HE NEEDS EMERGENCY MEDICAL ATTENTION AT PRIVATE HOSPITAL MAYBE HE'S GONNA DIE WITH DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID IN HIS HANDS???

On Wednesday, 29 August 2018 I was seeking serious medical attention. I couldn't walk, I had headache and fever, I was vomiting non-stop, my body was nump due to infection caused by the swallen abscess. The porters, nurses, my family including the doctor who was incharge in the casualty room they were helping me to move from the wheelchair to bed, from casualty bed to the bed in the ward helping me with the drip and medication and the doctor couldn't return me home as weak and as sick as i was as he had to admit me and make sure he appoints tge sugeon to help me a.s.a.p.

Today i just received a call from Mediclinic that my medical aid say they will never pay my Hospital Admission R9324.42 as this is Scheme exclusion! what a hell does that mean as for me to join the discovery and not to join any other medical aid is because i was notified about the UNLIMITED HOSPITAL COVER on the key care plan so you only paid the Medical professionals around three thousand rands and you say i must pay almost ten thousand from my pocket????

Are you saying the doctors were supposed to return me back home in that situation?

Please sort this matter a.s.a.p because I'm not gonna pay this amount while im payment thousands and thousands of rands every year on the Discovery Medical Aid plan. Please I don't want your lame excuses of terms and codes of not paying the account I only want you to be fair as you always Care of your patients comes as your 1st priority so make sure you pay the Unlimited Hospital cover we agreed up on! I DON'T HAVE ANY BAD CREDIT RECORDS SO PLEASE DON'T CREATE THEM BECAUSE YOU WANTED ME TO GO TO THE PUBLIC HOSPITAL AND ***** AND ********** MY HOSPITAL FUNDS.
