I had to go through the most traumatic experience with this ****ty medical aid. I needed to be admitted in hospital for a procedure to be done - on the day of admission discovery decided that they are not going to approve authorization with a phone call a phew HOURS later that they are revoking my medical aid AS IN KICKING me off and then I can re-apply but my condition will then be a pre-existing condition and therefore I won’t receive benefits for 1 year.
