Busy with Atlantic Crossing via sailing vessel just as a background. Filled my husbands chronic medication in Nov/Des majority cash for 6 months. Got delayed in the Cape and left early April. Filled 6 month script in June and still awaiting payments from Discovery?

They sent out a customer satisfaction review 3 days after submission, and when my reviews was bad Roxanne Pearson phoned me and asked why.

I explained the situation and she said just re-submit stating African travel benefit because we are in Namibia.

Yet again days went by and nothing.... 2 weeks ago got sent new documents to complete and the same auto generated message gets sent back, then I ask how long? I pay +16k a month for my medical aid. But discovery I'm done. You owe me +/-8-13 k depending on what you will approve for this. This is from a client that has not cost you anything in 2022.
