I am on the Discovery Classic Comprehensive package (Medical Aid Number) and used your “ find a Doctor service” this morning.

I am DISGUSTED to say, that you have a Dr W P_ Prinsloo (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) listed as Cover: FULL NETWORK COVER

When I phoned to make an appointment – I was informed that I had to pay R 2000 upfront – in CASH.

Appointments after that would be claimed directly from the medical aid.

What sort of **** is Discovery running, misleading patients like this?
