SAVINGS PAYOUT

I resigned from discovery and joined bonitas medical aid...i called discovery in January to enquire about my savings and was told they are gonna be paid out to my personal bank account..at no point was I told about them being transferred to my new medical aid...they even made me email my new banking details as I was no longer using standard bank...they sent an email afterwards that confirmed my banking details were changed..i was told I would receive the payment on the 18th of may so naturally I planned for this [URL Removed] the 18th no money received so I called on the 20th to find out what the delay was only to be told the money was paid to bonitas with no communication to me whatsoever...when I asked why I was first told that they didn't have my banking details which was surprising coz I sent all the documents and got a confirmation email afterwards..when I told the lady this she made me hold for minutes and when she came back she told me the law required them to transfer my savings to bonitas...so why the trouble and waste of money on changing my banking details?and when I called bonitas I was told no money was received..im so disappointed,can I please get an explanation
