Savings not paid - Membership in question

After numerous calls and consultants, and even working through a financial adviser regarding our fund, <br> I'm now being told to apply to become a NEW MEMBER again, with waiting periods, exclusions, etc,...<br> <br> We have R45178.66 in our MSA Savings account that has not been paid out after 5 to 6 months of leaving the fund due to retrenchment of the main contributor, siting the excuse that Discovery had \no banking details"to pay into"
