savings not paid back , date keeps changing.

in September 2015 i cancelled my medical aid with dicovery after they took double the monthly payment for <br> BAD SERVICE FROM DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID<br> my medical aid without my concern & failed to provide me with a valid reason as to why was this done, i then cancelled the medical aid.<br> On the medical aid i had savings which were up to R13300,00 which i was promised it will be paid back within the three months waiting period, i respected that and waited for more than 3 months in January 2016 i called to find out about my refund i was told they made a mistake they apologise for any inconience caused wi will definetly be paid end of February , i waited again till the 2nd March 2016 i still have not recieved my refund, i called once again to find out which was holdoing the refunds , i was told the same old story we apologise your money will be paid before the end of March 2016... This is very frustrating and paid service from a big organisation like Discovery.
