Save your money. DISCOVERY IS POOR. Very POOR!!

This is with a heavy heart writing this. My mother was diagnosed with cancer last year. They have been with Discovery Health for ages. Since it was remedy. We have been fighting with Discovery for authorisations for her chemo therapy for the past 4 months. From end Jan beginning Feb. Each time we are told a different story. We have been through all the departments of Discovery. According to Discovery there is no waiting period. Well we have been waiting for months. We are told that they are waiting for forms from doctors. We have all the proof and emails from our doctor that all the forms have been sent through to Discovery. Up until today we still have nothing from Discovery. We were told by doctors after a operation you have 12 weeks to receive chemo therapy. And it's almost been 5 months. So according to me. DISCOVERY just signed my mother's death certificate.
