Satisfied

I have written a review here about an issue that I had regarding incomes verification and having sent countless e-mails and used R210 in airtime, but could not get through and wasn't receiving any replies. On the 28th of December 2023, I was contacted by a supervisor and was pleasantly surprised to see that my contribution was corrected and the correct amount was deducted from my account. I thank her for her reply and intervention.
