Sarcastic and rude consultant

I am utterly disgusted how your consultant Faye Williams dealt with me this morning 08 July 2023. As a long standing member of discovery health i was pushed to cancel my membership with them. I always applaud discovery for there professionalism and their ability to go over and above their call of duty to assist me. That ended. Thank you for you great service up until today.
