Sarcastic and condescending

I spoke to Pumeza few minutes ago and she was very sarcastic and condescending.please teach your staff how to use their words because clearly she is not trained well.. instead of saying she doesn’t know the answer to my question,she is telling me she is not a trained medical doctor. Would she be a call center agent if she was...your service is poor and customers have to wait for a very long time to get someone who is not even going to assist...waste of my time and airtime
