Same old same old

Same nonsense every month.After paying for my wife's chronic meds for years,I go to collect from Dischem as usual and all of a sudden,you not paying for the same stuff she has been taking for years.What is wrong with your system,why do I have to go through this same task month after month and cry on Hellopeter before you sort anything out....Please Discovery,are you not tired of the hundreds of complaints you receive monthly,up your service..
