Discovery Health has shocked me to my core. You blatantly ***** an elderly persons money. You should be ashamed of yourself. We got my Mother a Medical Aid via Discovery first the Quote was R2445 for a keycare core plan, then you decided because she has two renters you move the amount up to R4011, no shame at all... we took it because we wish to have her covered, then today we get the shock of our lifes when Discovery deducted R7812 from her account. Straight up *****ing from an Elderly woman by deducting her double the amount agreed upon. I want a refund IMMEDIATELY, that is her only money, if this is how we are starting this agreement i this we can cancel this agreement and i will take our business elsewhere.
