PLEASE DO NOT JOIN DISCOVERY IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOUR

I have never in my life experience such oppression and ************** in my entire life

I am 7 months pregnant and Discovery refuses to pay my gynecologist, they claim that I did not follow their refferal process however a pregnant woman does not need a referral to see her gynecologist, even my GP who is on the network confirmed this, she stated that in all of her years of being with this putrid con artists she has never heard of such before

Yesterday I spoke to a white female colleague who gave birth through Discovery 5 months ago on the very same plan as me and she said she went straight to a gynecologist without seeing or being referred by a GP, all of her claims were paid with no issues

Many people of colour has complained about the treatment they get from discovery and now I fully believe it

Discovery solely caters for whites, they could care less about us as coloured/black people

They have now sent me an email stating they will not pay my GP after I saw her on Saturday to treat me for flu and they have not provided a reason for this

All their executives are white and ensure that they cater for their people only

If you are a pregnant woman of colour PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM DISCOVERY!
