Ruthless

I was a member of Discovery Health through my employer. When I got retrenched I ended my membership with Discovery. I made arrangements to pay the amount due as I ended it before the end of the year. Although I have made arrangements and yes I kept to the arrangement they still handed me over to the lawyers. I have paid this account in full and still have been handed over. What more must one do... Being retrenched does not mean you get a lot of money.... But at least I have the account... Why hand me over....
