Running out of time, need the authorization

I am need of an authorization that will be able me to make a life changing decision, time is what I do not have but if it takes Discovery longer to authorize it, it might to let for me to make that decision, i have been calling everyday since the 30th of April, the consultants were friendly tried to help me but still I cannot wait any longer, everyday when i wake up I am stressed about the situation as i do not know where i stand, i need the authorisation as those test are still going to take thier time as well at lab,
