Run around to get the tax certificate

<p>Once again Discovery has proven that they cannot keep there promises,I was told on endless times that I will get my tax certificate and today again when I inquired as I was promised within the second week of May I was told again by the end of the month meaning end of May begininng of June.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am seriously fed up and ONCE AGAIN SAYING STAY AWAY FROM DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID.Now someobne will phone again saying good day mrs Jacobs we received your complaint on helo peter but nothing gets done.</p>

We can confirm that the tax certificates have not been finalized. These will be ready on the 31/05/2016. You may retrieve your tax certificate by logging in to your online account on www.discovery.co.za or by using the Discovery App.

This is totally unacceptable as I was promised on various occasions and even received two phone calls ensuring me that the second week in May it will be ready. What is more upsetting is last week I mailed the lady in question and no response received.Again on Monday and out of office response. Now there is another story month end, In a nutshell your company does not know what to tell there customers anymore. Its actually very sad indeed. I have been struggling for months to get it every month its another story. I honestly think you need to s**** communicationing better.We pay for a service its not like I asked you to do me a favour.
