Rude sales person Preshana who works for discovery medical aid in Johannesburg

I received a call from one of discovery's medical aid sales representative from Johannesburg her name is Preshana, and she was absolutely rude how can she be in sales when she has no customer ethics. So I was browsing the web for affordable medical aid and I did an online quote on the discovery website, I did not submit a call me back and then a couple seconds later I get a call, so Preshana asked me if she could still help me so I said no and continued to say could you call me back but as I said no she had cut the call immediately how rude is that, that is why sales people have a bad reputation it is because of people like her i am really upset with her customer service, it's like she is not even interested in her job.
