Rude Discovery consultants

Just had a call from Discovery medical aid. They paid a claim into my account instead of the Dr. I then EFT the amount to the Dr

So the Lady that I speak to starts the conversation with I ow them money and she is phoning to collect. How rude is that. Discovery needs to work on their consultants communication skills. They are rude
