Rude Consultant
Had the rudest consultant phone me from Discovery South Africa for a medical aid quote. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name because she was incredibly dismissive. Maybe she's been having a bad morning, but rather not be a consultant if you are gonna be annoyed with customers that don't know any better. Your consultant's bad mood is not my fault. Get it checked. Really disappointed.
