Rude Call Agent & Worst Service Experience Ever!!!

I received a call from Discovery Life. Confirming that the optometrist i had visited submitted a claim for a refund from my medical aid. The lady on the phone who wouldn't mention her name said they will pay me on the 11 June 2022 and i must then pay the optometrist. I am absolutely disgusted with the way i was treated on the call by the call agent. She was not courteous, she was rude and spoke over me. she did not give me a chance to speak i wanted to make mention that the error on both the optometrist requesting a refund from the medical aid and then the medical aid paying me to do their work is unacceptable. We pay for the service and i am utterly dissatisfied with the way i was treated by the call agent at Discovery Life. She threw the phone down in my ear. Did not give me a chance to speak. I want the voice recording from Discovery and the name of this agent.
