Rude and unhelpful doctor
Rude and ***********<br> I am part of the new smart plan with discover medical aid and was at the doc who refused to see me because I had no medical aid card. The receptionist has no fax no email and would not call discovery for proof of membership even though I have given her my medical aid number. What kind of a doctor is this who doesn't care for a sick patient and is more concerned about money than health care. Why did you take an oath to help if all you worry about is money. You make me sick excuse the pun. Furthermore I arranged an appointment with another doctor on the plan who didn't have a problem seeing me without any proof... Take a lesson from a real doctor.
