Rude and ***********

<p>These people cancelled my medical aid for no reason, didn't bother to tell me, and took R5000 out of my bank account for a contract they unilaterally terminated. *****s, rude, *********** ******** staff and a Finance department that couldn't give a **** about their customers. Specifically I was told an individual names Leon Strydom made the decision to terminate the cover and apparently refuses to deactivate. </p>
