******* to be honest

I was on discovery back in 2017 and i changed medical aid i came back to discovery last year june. I went to see my Gyne and she wasn't paid a cent and i pay a premium of R4799 why should i stay with discovery if i will not be helped why am i paying this much.i dont have a broker at work you choose a medical aid you sign you on your way because i had good experience before i thought it would be the same now im told your gynea is not paid because you didnt activate pregnancy program or something how was i suppose to know that i was meant to tell discovery well im pregnant please pay what is due to me.it was my first appointment and this **** happens. Im disappointed in discovery whoever came up with this surely has their *** life on a calender because its when you have aids you need to call aedical aid you pay to pay for your meds its i dont know what is next honestly..i just want my claim paid cos i pay you we dont argue or i dont say im not paid for the month i pay you no problems.
