******* Medical Aid Plan

I am on the Classic Smart Plan and have a certain amount to cover certain OTC medication at Discherm. Each time I want to buy medicine I have huge problems. Today my child who is on the plan had stomach problem, My wife requested OTC medicine at Discherm but was told its not covered. I then called Discovery Medical Aid who told me that this medicine that was claimed was covered but the pharmacy reversed it. Now what is the use of a medical aid plan that has a benefit but can't be used? I am ****ed off because my kid needed this medication which we had to now pay for cash while we have benefits in our plan. At the end of this year I am switch out of this ridiculous plan and company.
