I am honestly so tired of having to deal with Discovery Health. My mom worked for you guys since 2001, and went on disability in 2013, and instead you guys have spat in her face for the past few weeks in trying to get your assistance. My mom is querying her pension fund amount and so I have been requesting historical contributions certificates and her PAYSLIPS to verify the current value.

I have been dealing with the MOST *********** human been I have ever encountered in payroll called Siboniso (supposedly Siboniso Mkhize) who writes "please see attached" in his email but doesn't attach anything??? Then further responds again WITHOUT ATTACHING THE THING I ASKED HIM TO ATTACH? He does not even address emails in a professional manner.

For the last freaking time, can a competent human being in payroll PLEASE PROVIDE MY MOMS PAYSLIPS FROM THE TIME SHE STARTED WORKING AT DISCOVERY HEALTH IN FEBRUARY 2001.

I am going to write on this page every single day until I get what she needs. I have been contacting Discovery since MID-JUNE and I have gotten NOWHERE.

If you know whats good for you...DO NOT work for Discovery and DO NOT take up any business with them. Thanks.
