Rosanna - Discovery

My husband just got the ugliest call from a lady named Rosanna at Discovery. I completed his membership application since I am the main member and completely forgot about something from years ago. She spoke to him as if he tried to con Discovery and told him she will be terminating the membership immediately. I'm sure my membership is but a drop in the ocean but I will be cancelling my Medical Aid. For discovery to entertain such rudeness is disappointing.
