To whom it may concern I would like to give credit where it is due .I would like to take this moment to thank Aphiwe who assisted me with the rejected claim issue that I have been having from the 6th of November . She was kind, patient and understanding, she even contacted me back after my call got disconnected while on the line with her . I do not know how many people I spoke to regarding this issue and they all failed to assist they kept on telling me that my plan that does not cover for that claim ,even though Discovery portal was stating that am covered , I hope product training will be provided to those consultants .
