I would like to take a moment to thank Robyn and commend her on her excellent service, she really went way beyond to assist me in getting authorization for a procedure I need to have done on my eyes.

The doctors’ rooms could learn from such a kind person like herself who assisted a scared patient/member. She has sorted everything out for me, and I know what will be covered and what wont as does the doctors room.

People like her hold the Discovery name to the highest standards and I really appreciate her help 😊
