Robbing Scheme

I was admitted on the 22nd December 2017 at Morningside Mediclinc at High care and got discharged on the 27th,i have a medical aid cover that pays 100% hospital expenses,to my surprise when i got discharged the hospital told me that the procedure i made Gastroscopy during my stay in hospital, but the money making scheme i am on called Discovery Medical aid is refusing to pay saying it should have came from my savings(day to day),whats the point of saying you have 100% hospital cover then if they wont pay the procedures done when you are hospitalised. People be aware Discovery does not have people at the heart of their business but money. if your employer offers other medical aids schemes like Bonitas,Fedhealth rather you chose them that to be ****** by discovery while they take your money(premium) every month.but the day you are at your worst when you need them they are no where to be found.
