Robbing clients! Making us pay then giving us problems at claim stage!

The second time I have to sadly report this irreputable medical scheme. I'm with them for the past 5 months. I have come down with a stomach ache which my doctor is referring me to see a Specialist which requires me to get a authorization number for the claim.

Now they are saying that they need more time to give the authorization only after I called I'm 3 times, reason being I'm not with them for very long!

This is not a pre-existing problem and discovery is already giving me a run around! First time around they couriered my medical aid card to the wrong house with my personal details on it now they giving me other stories instead of doing their jobs!

I will definitely make this a legal matter and I am proceeding in suing you guys! I cannot pay for no services at all that is against the law. You guys inflated the premium yet still giving me problems when I need to make use of the scheme!!! You guys will lose clients. Trust me.
