****** of R6000 by Discovery

I have been begging and pleading with Discovery consultants for months now to correct an error they have made, reversed and made again on an amount of R5889.30 incorrectly deducted from my savings. I keep receiving excuses and apologies but no resolution of the issue. I've complained and contacted management and perused every avenue available but they keep passing on the buck or falsely reassuring that it is sorted. I'm feel traumatized at the amount if time, effort and money I gave wasted to sort this issue that they are too *********** to tackle. I am shocked and disgusted at the service and cannot believe discovery is meant to be one of the better schemes. That is a lie.
