Roaring Silence from Discovery Health

I please would like your help and assistance in this matter. I have emailed 24 times about this matter in the last 3 weeks (I have the reference numbers) and called and escalated it 4 times, 4 different days, 4 different consultants.

I had a query regarding my treatment plan from my treating oncologist which includes treatment with Keytruda an Immunotherapy drug. There where a lot of queries with this matter between me and your oncology department in the last few months.

The latest, and this is where Discovery has just gone completely silent on me, is where the MSC SA has made a ruling. I will attach this ruling letter, for your to view, on this email also.

I please would like feedback on what Discovery is going to do regarding this conclusion that the Medical Scheme Council made.

Please see both the other two attachments of my question to the council of medical schemes and the officer's response.

I will appreciate feedback from your side in this regard. As he said Discovery stated in your response, that you do have a PMB formulary alternative to Keytruda.

What is happening regarding payout?

I don't want to be rude, this is very unprofessional. And if I do not hear back from you after everything I have now tried in the last 3 weeks to get hold of someone for some answers, I will be going to the Ombud.

I really don't think it is in any way fair that you are treating me this way. I am a cancer patient, I already have so much stress and physically, emotionally and mentally I am fighting the battle of my live, but now I have to also fight the people or institution that is supposed to be helping me and assisting me in this already very difficult time.
