Ripping their clients off

I am on Discovery Key Care plus, i went to my Dr with pain and she called discovery got a ICD10 code and referral letter for the Specialist i had to go see FROM DISCOVERY. <br> <br> i had to make a payment of R800 Consultation fee that i could claim back from the medical aid. <br> <br> i went to go see the specialist with my referral letter and ICD10 code, authorisation number, his reception also gave me all the steps to claim the money back as well.<br> <br> as i emailed my documents to discovery, to my surprise, they now wont pay me back my money. <br> this is not the first time it has happened over the past four years, they have ripped me off. Discovery tells me the Dr is on the key care rate, and then when its time to claim back they refuse. nice way to make money Discovery!!! <br> <br> i will be sending in my cancellation to Discovery today, i want nothing to do with them anymore and want to warn anyone that ever wants to use them as a medical aid. DONT. not even their terms and conditions apply to them. <br> <br> i pay my medical aid every month, and for what, to pay all Dr's i see that i have authorisation numbers to see from them as well. what a Joke. well discovery i wont be paying another cent to you!!!!
