Ripped of for R1500 on basic Keycare

On the 28-11-2014 at approximately 16:00h i called the discovery call centre.<br> At that stage i was on the 'Priority' plan paying around R2400 per month.<br> I then explained to the consultant that I have Resigned from work & I cannot afford medically aid.<br> We then discussed an alternative to totally cancelling my medical plan.<br> She advised me that being unemployed there was an option on \keycare plus"and my monthly contribution is R330. I agreed to this. She then emailed me some paperwork that I need to fill out as well as to go the the police station and make an affidavit that I resigned. Shortly after returning the documents i was informed that the \""income verification\"" department wasn't satisfied with my affidavit. I returned to the police station & made a second affidavit that I have resigned & I am unemployed. I then called discovery to confirm they received my affidavit"
