Rip-off artists

This organization declined an application for chronic medication for medicine I have to take such as hypothyroidism. Why on earth would I take medication such as this unless blood test results dictate that I have to take it?? This company is a total rip-off for my nearly R10 000 a month premium. *********

Indeed you have and with a totally inadequate and unacceptable response. Discovery turned down every chronic benefit application for every medication I am on chronically. The reasons given are spurious and disingenuous. What baffles me is why on earth Discovery thinks I would take medication such as euthyrox or Altosec for 20 years (at least) just for the hell of it. Your rejection of these applications is pretty much in bad faith
