Extremely disappointed and unhappy with Discovery! Now I am not receiving a pay out on a policy I have because ??????? I AM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY! All that happens is premiums go up and benefits get less. Their social media team are also a bunch of useless ....... they do not care about their members, only the end game which is money! I lost my life policy pay out for WHAT???? I am still trying to understand??? Sick of Discovery! They are expensive and have no inclination to improve their product and services! ****ed off!!
