Ridiculous waiting period

<p>Hi I've recently tried to get a medical aid with discovery health and I must say that I am utterly disappointed in how it's taking for them to process everything. </p> <p>All I needed was a cover that could pay for my dental procedures. I asked my broker if I was going to be able to extract teeth and she said I would be covered. </p> <p>Till recently I received documents that she sent me which I needed to sign. I read through all the terms and conditions before I signed them and I found a clause that said I had a 12 months waiting period for any dental care. I am very upset about this because I was never told about this from the beginning. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why do I take out a medical aid and not getting any assistance from the main reason on why I'm taking this cover. </p> <p>I'm really disappointed by this. I've been with discovery health before. But after this experience I won't be signing up with them. </p> <p> </p> <p>Till this I still wait for a phone call or email from discovery health </p>
